Thank you for shopping with Kapball. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.


Pre-Orders

Some Kapball products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it is officially available for shipment.

Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase.

Estimated shipping timelines for pre-order items will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available, in the order that purchases are received.

Please note:

Shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates, not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or supply-chain factors outside of our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

We will notify you by email if there are significant changes to the expected shipping timeline.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

USPS

UPS

FedEx

Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.


International Shipping

At this time, Kapball ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be offered in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Kapball is not responsible for:

Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Kapball is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact the carrier directly

If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact us at admin@kapball.com, and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@kapball.com with:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
