At Kapball, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review the policy below so we can resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original, sellable condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund for the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@kapball.com with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and next steps.
Return Shipping
Kapball covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns.
Returns must be shipped using the provided return label.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@kapball.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are purchased before they are in stock.
Pre-orders are eligible for returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in sellable condition.
Estimated ship dates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
If Kapball cancels a pre-order or is unable to fulfill it, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used, worn, or damaged items (not due to a defect)
Items showing signs of misuse or excessive wear
Items returned outside the 30-day return window
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kapball is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly.
